Inishown 100 Scenic Drive
The Inishowen 100 Scenic Drive is a 100 mile long signposted touring route around the peninsula and is an opportunity to experience some of Ireland's most breathtaking scenery. Amongst its highlights is Ireland's most northerly mainland point at the wild and rugged Malin Head
Grianan of Aileach
A neolithic stone fort built 5000 years ago on a hilltop at Burt, with commanding views of loughs Foyle and Swilly, and it is said that on a clear day that five of the ulster counties may be seen
Inishowen Maritime Museum & Planetarium
This museum is based in Greencastle in the old coastguard station, and houses the best maritim display in ireland - including vessels, histories of historic wrecks such as the laurentic, and artifacts from vessels and aircraft lost at sea.The Planetarium provides a fascinating look at our universe as well being a fun and educational visit for all the family
